I was under the impression that Anker charging cables were good. They're not as good as the price might suggest. Charging cable no longer works so I called Anker UK customer services who basically said they could not help me without proof of purchase. They are within their rights but I expected them to be more positive with what is just a cable, not a major investment.
I have one dysfunctional cable and Anker have one less customer.
i called the call center. they are not helpful at all. they send me back to the website for a DIYsolution...
crap products and crap and snaky assistance.

Anker Customer Service has gone completely downhill. They used to be amazing. Sad when a company’s service declines so badly. I wouldn’t purchase anything from them again which is sad as I have stuck with their products foe years.
I had great experience with Anker products.
I have owned cables, Wireless chargers and ear buds from Anker. They all are great. I had issue with one of my Wireless charger. But product was under warranty provided by Anker and Anker was very professional to handle my claim. They sent me replacement wireless charger within a day and 2 and was delivered to me within 3-4 days. Excellent service provided by Stacey from Customer Service/Warranty.
Pretty much the only brand I buy when it comes to cables, always good quality, comparatively cheap and never had an issue
Seriously amazing customer service! Very professional and helpful. They replaced the faulty product as soon as I raised my complaint. The replacement is such a great quality. Highly recommended

I had bought a microUSB cable, and it stopped working after a month. Fair enough, not all product are perfect, there should be room for stuff like that to happen.
I contact them via mail and state my situation, they quickly contact me back asking for receipt and S/N. I send it to them and they say that i will receive a new cable through post. 1 day later i have recieved the cable, which works completely fine.
So:
* Fast response

* Polite enquiries via mail.
* Very understanding and quick to take action.
I am very happy with their service
Purchased an A2425 Android charger 4 months ago. It just stopped working. Could not find the receipt. Called Anker and was told too bad. Without a receipt from authorized dealer no luck. I think I bought from Ebay but don't know. Had serial # a model number but TOO BAD.
I RESCIND MY REVIEW. Just checked and my power strip had one bad contact and it was the one for the Anker. Sorry anker.

Friendly, quick to respond, and sent a replacement that should arrive in 3 days.
I had a problem with a new flashlight so contacted them with all the vital info (when purchased, etc). They sent me a new one in 2 days to replace the old one. Really good customer service.
